I can only think of a couple of things about me that are 100%.
I am a mother.
And I am a Christian.
Everything else (hobbies, interests, etc) vary a lot. I get bored with one thing and move on to the next. I do put a lot of my personality into my Hubs, so feel free to read if you want a little insight on my character.
